Mortgages available for all european citizens buying property in Croatia!

in short:
It is possible to have 70% of the value of the real estate financed

The borrower must buy property through the company route (mail/call us if you want to know more about this)
The borrower will show proof of credit-worthiness throught P60 ( tax payment explanation) , bank slips from last 3 months, bank account statements from last 6 months, confirmation on employment, residence proof, credit checking report


Hypotheken beschikbaar voor kopen in Kroatie voor inwoners uit alle EU landen

Mogelijkheid om 70 % van de aankoopprijs te financieren

De aanvrager van de hypotheek moet het onroerend goed aankopen via de bedrijfsroute (mail/bel ons voor vragen hierover)
